Roast Ham

One of the main differences in roasting a cooked ham versus an uncooked ham is the internal temperature that the ham must reach. Uncooked ham must be cooked until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Fully cooked ham should be heated to an internal temperature of 140°F.

Glazing the Ham with Honey, or Pineapple Juice, and roasting uncovered will produce a beautiful tasty Roast Ham.

Alternatively, you can insert a series of cloves into the Ham skin (having removed the skin), and then glazed with a honey-mustard combination, or even a plum glaze (my favourite)
