2 egg whites
1 cup of sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla essence
1 Tablespoon of melted butter
3/4 cup crushed peanuts
3/4 cup coconut
4 cups cornflakes
Beat the whites of 2 eggs to a stiff froth, then add the sugar and eat again until sugar is dissolved.
Mix in the vanilla, salt, melted butter, peanuts, coconut and cornflakes until all ingredients are totaly blended and coated in the meringue (sugar and egg white).
Spread mixture evenly on a greased baking tray, and bake in a moderate oven.
When cooked, allow to cool and break or cut into bite size pieces and store in an airtight container.
