Oriental Marinade



1/2 cup soy sauce

2 Tablespoons vinegar

1 Teaspoon sugar

Garlic powder to taste

1/4 cup water

1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 Teaspoon ground ginger

Method:

The method to this recipe is very simple.

Simply, combine all ingredients and use to glaze or brush over food as it is cooking. Alternatively, you can pour it into a bowl and let your beef, chicken or fish "soak" in it for up to 4 hours prior to cooking.
