Moulding Paste 3


This marzipan recipe is recommended for moulding figures. You can develop your own ideas for moulded decorations with a little practice.

1/3 cup liquid glucose

1.5kg prepared commercial marzipan

6 cups pure icing sugar


Soften the glucose over hot water using a double saucepan.

Blend with the marzipan, stirring to a smooth paste.

Add the icing sugar gradually, kneading until the dough is firm and pliable.

Colour as desired.
