Coconut Cream Chicken

Ingredients:

This Coconut Cream Chicken recipe is so simple - and yet to taste-filled.

6 chicken drumsticks

butter

1/2 tin coconut cream

1 Teaspoon cinnamon

100ml cream

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 pint chicken stock

1/2 red capsicum (pepper), chopped

black pepper

Method:

Fry chicken and onion in butter.

Add rest of ingredients except cream.

Poach gently (reduce if necessary).

When ready to serve, stir in cream and reheat without boiling.
