Armenian Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
6 lamb chops
2 Tablespoons flour
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
2 Teaspoons cumin seed
1 Teaspoon black peppercorns
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 dill cucumber, sliced
3 cups tomato juice
salt

Method:
Roll chops in flour. Place in large casserole with other ingredients.
Cover, bake slowly (135°C - 150°C) for 2 hours.
Serve hot with brown rice or wholemeal bread.
