Fruit Creams

Ingredients:



For this recipe, you will need one portion of Boiled Fondant as per included recipe.

Method:

Divide the fondant into several portions and add a few drops of fruit flavouring to each, tinting it accordingly: eg flavour with lemon and colour yellow; flavour with strawberry and colour pink.

Roll out and cut as desired, or make fancy shapes with the aid of fondant moulds and cake decorating cutters.
